  • Graduate of any four year course
  • Minimum of 8- 10 years of experience as expansion in food retail or convenience store only
  • Find as many suitable store locations as possible
  • Negotiate the lowest possible rents with favorable rental contracts.
  • Identifies and suggest suitable store locations according to the company's definitions  and conditions. He negotiates the rental terms and conditions and prepares the  contracts.
  • Decides on locations and offers from landlords which are not suitable to the company  and has the authority to reject these.
  • Follows up the rent contract duration.
  • Ensures the extension of the rental contract or finds a new suitable store on time  before the end of contract duration.
  • Arranges for all legal authorization procedures related with the opening and  operations of stores.
