The Process Analyst supports the QualiMed Health Network's Quality Plan of improving business processes in the SBU level. Activities include: implementation, monitoring, measuring and recommendation on improvement of business processes.

Job Description:

  • Sustain continuous improvement of the SBU managerial processes and systems
  • Reviews existing process flows on a regular basis and identify deviations and trends for improvement
  • Produce and disseminate meaningful data, quantitative (statistical) and qualitative (descriptive), as appropriate in a timely manner, to ensure appropriate quality health care is rendered to patients;
  • Educate SBU staff on quality / performance improvement tools and techniques;
  • Assist in internal quality auditing (IQA) to determine compliance with all applicable standards, including laws and regulations; Introduces alternate work method, new business forms, reports as a result of process simplification study.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business related course, preferably in Industrial Engineering or with extensive experience in quality management
  • Preferrably with Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Knowledge in applying customer focused quality management principles and continuous improvement methodology
  • Experience in the implementation of hospital-wide quality program, facilitating successful accreditation (preferred)
  • Proficient in computers, programs related to data collection and analysis.
