Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Dynamiq Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares marketing plan and monitors its implementation consistent with the Company's direction and standards

  • Execute the Company's brand promotional activities/strategies as designed or directed

  • Manages the effective and efficient use of social media platforms to meet marketing objectives

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the Company's website search engine results ranking

  • Undertakes networking and establishes tie-ups with companies, institutions, and individuals who can support the Company brand promotion and improve company sales.

  • Manages subordinates under the Marketing department and assigns tasks aligned with each job specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

  • At least 2-4 years of Marketing experience, with a supervisory or team lead position

  • Knowledgeable with SEO and SEM

  • Experience in ERP or IT products, preferably SAP Business One is an advantage

  • Must be highly organized, dynamic, analytical, and can work under pressure

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and client/partner management

  • Must be willing to work Onsite
