- Experience in digital marketing, sales, or lead Generation is preferred 3+ years in sales or marketing roles, preferably in EdTech, workforce training and development, or cybersecurity education. Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition. Familiarity with online course platforms, certification marketing, and other workforce training and development platforms, including Udemy, Skool, Skillshare, Knowb4, or its equivalent. Proven success in tech sales and marketing within the education or cybersecurity sector. Strong understanding of B2C sales dynamics. Expertise in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and marketing automation. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with leads and clients Familiarity with social media management tools and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva)
