Job Overview:

We're looking for ambitious, sales-driven professionals to join our team as Sales Partners—and to launch their own home-based franchise business at zero cost. This commission-based role is perfect for individuals seeking part-time or supplementary income, especially those with full-time jobs who want to maximize their earning potential. You'll have the flexibility to transition to full-time as your business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit and close sales for our insurance and HMO products
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of home-based and freelance agents
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance remote team environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Address operational challenges and drive process improvements
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Shall saturate and market areas of Cabanatuan City and nearby provinces, but you are open to tap market nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial and business-minded (this is a business opportunity, not just a job)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven sales or marketing experience (insurance background a plus)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in online tools and remote work platforms
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and solutions-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Applicant must have excellent communication skills. Someone who can speak and write correct Tagalog and English.
  • Confident and someone who is not afraid to negotiate with clients and suppliers. Must have a strong and pleasing personality.
  • Must be willing to sell insurance products via personal selling, online selling, telemarketing, etc. in a new normal environment.
  • Must have an advance internet and computer skills and must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Must have a Facebook account (required) and other popular social media accounts.
  • Must have a good moral character.
  • Must be knowledgeable and access to virtual communication like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
  • With own transport will be a big advantage.
  • Must have a computer and stable internet connection at home (Required)
