Responsibilities:
- Incident logging and ticket categorization
- Service Request Handling
- Escalation and coordination
- User and Client Communication
- Email gate keeping
- Admin tasks: Filing of RFPs, Mobile load allowance, Project advances, Requesting of vehicle rental, Work Order audit, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any computer related course
- At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity
. Has handled PSA (professional service automation) application- similar to autotask; service desk. - Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation
