Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee controlling and reporting functions: month-end close, consolidations, and compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
  • Direct strategic projects such as incorporations, mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, and share transfers.
  • Manage finance operations across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Travel & Expense (T&E), Record-to-Report (RTR), and Treasury.
  • Strengthen governance, internal controls, and ensure compliance with global standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in finance transformation, automation, and ERP integration.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Expertise in data analytics, KPI development, and digital systems design.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Finance automation tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Agile project management methodologies.
  • SLA and policy development experience.
