Mental Health Coach

BGC / Alabang | Full-time | On-site | Mid / Night Shift

About the Role

We're looking for a Mental Health Coach to join a Fortune 1000 company's workplace wellness program. This role is ideal for licensed professionals passionate about counseling, resilience-building, and helping employees thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

What You'll Do

  • Provide confidential counseling for employees on career, personal, and social concerns.
  • Lead group sessions, wellness workshops, and psychoeducation activities.
  • Keep accurate records, case notes, and follow-ups in line with ethical standards.
  • Actively engage employees to promote wellness and resilience programs.
  • Work with HR, wellness officers, and managers to support employee well-being.
  • Respond promptly to urgent support requests and mental health concerns.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid license: RGC, RPsy, RSW, or RPm
  • Master's degree in Guidance & Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in counseling, guidance, or workplace wellness
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC or Alabang during Midshift or Night-shift
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and empathetic
