This role is integral to the university's commitment to the holistic formation of its students. Primary Responsibilities Conduct individual mentoring and counseling sessions, as well as group guidance activities. Design, implement, and assess the university's mentoring and guidance programs. Prepare and analyze data for the annual mentoring and guidance report. Oversee student development initiatives, including programs for special populations. Collaborate with faculty, parents, and mental health professionals in support of student well-being. Qualifications Licensed Guidance Counselor (PRC-registered) Proficient in individual and group counseling, psychological assessment, and program development Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and external partners Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years experience in educational counselling or similar setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
