Job Description/Summary The Psychologist provides comprehensive mental health services to students through psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and therapy. The role includes developing and implementing treatment plans, managing crisis interventions, collaborating with counselors and psychiatrists for referrals, and advocating for students’ academic and personal well-being. The Psychologist also conducts training and supervision for internal publics, evaluates service delivery for continuous improvement, maintains strict confidentiality and accurate documentation, ensures compliance with professional and institutional standards, and contributes to university committees and administrative requirements. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Psychology and a valid license as a Registered Psychologist. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in youth counseling or psychotherapy. Strong knowledge of psychological ethics, laws, and standards (R.A. 10029, R.A. 11036, and PAP Code of Ethics). Proficient in psychological assessment, case management, and treatment planning; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
