Nautical Staffing is looking for a Graphic Designer for a US-based real estate company. Responsibilities Design collateral pieces: brochures, branding books, print and digital ads, direct mail (e.g., postcards, foldovers), social media posts, custom signs, invites, and other design projects. Work with the internal team to receive projects and complete on time, communicating project updates and needs. Proofread content and occasionally write copy. Review proofs prior to sending to the internal team for edits/project approval. Create logos and brand identities and translate into branded assets as needed. Keep tasks updated in the system, and follow best practices to maintain a functional workspace. Assist with other design or print needs as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design is required. Must have extensive experience in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable). Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (non-negotiable). Must be proficient in using an Apple/Mac computer (non-negotiable). Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be deadline-oriented. Willing to work full-time from 9am to 5pm US Central time (non-negotiable). Bonus: with portfolio showcasing previous work using Adobe InDesign.
