About the Job:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to help healthcare providers maintain smooth clinic operations and deliver excellent patient care. In this role, you'll manage scheduling and calendar coordination, verify patient insurance eligibility, secure treatment authorizations, and assist with billing tasks such as submitting claims, addressing denials, and resolving EOB issues. You'll also handle phone calls, answer patient inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and record pre-exam histories. Additionally, you'll process mail, update the EHR system, and monitor follow-ups to ensure seamless administrative and clinical workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Medical-Allied course.
  • Experience is not required (training provided).
  • Knowledgeable in medical terminologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using EHR systems.
  • Willing to work on-site at McKinley, Taguig.
  • Willing to work in US hours (night shift).
  • Can start immediately, if possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
