About the role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.' is seeking a passionate and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Medical Allied Courses (Nursing, Pharmacy, Med Tech & etc.) | Healthcare BPO in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work for a leading healthcare organisation and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative and clinical support to our healthcare teams, assisting with a range of tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and patient coordination
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of our medical facilities and the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Participate in the implementation of new healthcare initiatives and the continuous improvement of our service offerings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for our healthcare staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

What we're looking for

  • Completion of a medical allied course, such as nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a healthcare or BPO environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with patients, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in the use of relevant healthcare technology and software applications
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a genuine passion for the healthcare industry
