Solutions Architect

Work Setup: Onsite (Pasig City) | Schedule: Dayshift

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who will design and lead end-to-end solution architectures across multiple applications and technologies. You will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, guide project teams, and support the adoption of new and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solution architecture aligned with business strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure architectural compliance.
  • Evaluate technology trends and recommend improvements for systems and processes.
  • Define architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
  • Develop application roadmaps and support software/technology selection.
  • Assess organizational and financial impact of architecture decisions.
  • Work closely with PMO to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in solution architecture and design
  • Strong understanding of architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven)
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Knowledge of security, risk management, and compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly

Good to Have:

  • Certifications: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert
  • Background in banking/financial services
  • Experience in architecture governance and roadmap creation
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and market trends
