As a Customer Sales & Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expert sales, impeccable service, and smooth store operations.
Expert Sales & Consultation:
Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and actively sell primary cosmetic products to meet sales targets.
- Provide expert advice, share application tips, and cross-sell other Boon Pharma Corp. products (e.g., supplements, general wellness items) to maximize every sale.
Brand Representation & Service:
Maintain a pleasant, well-groomed, and professional appearance that aligns with the beauty brand's image (including wearing the full company uniform and ID).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing genuine care, respectful service, and efficient follow-ups.
Store Operations & Merchandising:
Maintain an attractive, neat, and fully stocked sales area, including the timely setup of promotional displays.
- Handle all sales transactions accurately as a cashier, process payments, and ensure compliance with POS procedures.
Inventory Management & Reporting:
Assist the team with daily inventory counting (cycle counts), monitor stock levels (shelf and backroom), and ensure timely restocking.
- Assist in end-of-day sales reporting and coordinate the replacement/pull-out of damaged or expired items when necessary.
Professional Conduct:
Maintain professional conduct, avoid confrontations, and report any issues immediately to your supervisor.
- Ensure active attendance at all company meetings and perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
