The Role:

As a Business Owner in the Digital Payments sector, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our digital payment solutions. You will lead a team of professionals to innovate and enhance our offerings, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to enhance digital payment solutions.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Team Structure: You will lead a diverse team of product managers, developers, and marketing professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional digital payment experiences.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

  • Proven experience in digital payments or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and trends.
  • Experience with data analysis and market research.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
