Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and air-conditioning systems within the property.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Multiskilled Technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist the Property Manager in preparing technical reports, maintenance budgets, and project proposals.
  • Respond promptly to tenant service requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance logs.
  • Provide technical support during emergencies and participate in safety and disaster response programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and uphold the Colliers brand of operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Engineer (PRC) preferred
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in building engineering, property management, or facilities maintenance (commercial or corporate setting preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and air-conditioning systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic building management systems (BMS).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned in any Colliers-managed property within Metro Manila.
