Job Description:

  • Responsible for supporting and conducting strategic negotiation events for both Technology and non-Technology
  • Strategic negotiation experience is required for this role
  • Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
  • Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners (large and small), to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
  • Mid-level vendor negotiation experience is required
  • Solid understanding of a wide array of contract forms - MNDA, MSA & SOW's
  • Liaise with the Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.
  • Establish relationships and lead Stakeholders / cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
  • Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spending.
  • Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.
  • Use and evaluate eSourcing tools and modern technologies.
  • Become a category expert, developing category playbooks and roadmaps to enhance strategic negotiations, participating in spend analytics and work planning efforts.
  • Utilize project management practices and tools to create, manage, and report on small to multi-million-dollar project progress.
  • Design/development/ Weekly and monthly operations matrix reports include spend /SLAs.
  • Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of procurement/sourcing experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this senior role
