As a member of the production team, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of final packaging artworks. The candidate will work in coordination with others to ensure the designs and themes are maintained with integrity during the execution of all artworks.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results

We are seeking a mature candidate to join our production team and assist with packaging artworks. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment. While receiving guidance from the manager or supervisor, the candidate will primarily work independently.

• Help execute packaging artworks as part of the production team
• Receive product definitions from project or production managers
• Manipulate files to match customer and printer specifications
• Assign color builds and Pantone ink swatches to art elements
• Apply art to printer-supplied die drawing
• Create line extension artworks from supplied brief or elements
• Create/manipulate artwork to conform with regulatory specifications
• Organize files following defined job folder and server structure
• Prepare files for achieving upon completion of project
• Ensure quality assurance on every work done

Competency Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Final Artwork creation for food packaging
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal daily supervision
• Proficiency in Adobe Suites, with a focus on Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Understanding of client's needs and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to verify technical supplied data and ensure quality assurance on every work done
• Excellent communication skills with on-site personnel and team members
• Familiarity with regulatory specifications for artwork creation (AUS)
• Organizational skills to properly prepare files for achieving upon completion of the project

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

● At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
