Job Summary
We are looking for a creative professional who is eager to grow within the fashion retail industry. This is not just a list of tasks; it is a path to expertise. You will receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from our leadership team to help you navigate the world of retail marketing and brand strategy.
What You Will Develop
- Brand Storytelling: You have the capacity to learn how to plan and launch marketing activities for footwear and bag collections across social media, email, and print.
- Retail and & Event Support: Coordinate in-store promotional displays (Visual Merchandising) and organize product launch events or community pop-ups to drive foot traffic and help create memorable customer experiences.
- Content Mastery: You show a willingness to learn how to manage a social media calendar and create high-quality videos/photos that represent our brand.
- Strategic Thinking: With our guidance, you will develop the capacity to analyze market trends and competitor data to help our brand stay ahead.
- Performance Tracking: track campaign success (ROI/KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing goals with inventory levels and coordinate with external vendors or influencers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Social Media Savvy: Experience handling social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) with a willingness to master advanced digital strategy.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth Mindset: You are willing to learn, adapt quickly, and embrace feedback as a tool for professional growth.
- 2026 Skills Bonus: Experience leveraging AI tools for content efficiency and data-driven strategy is highly valued.
