Job Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and work with Business Unit for areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with Business Units to understand business needs and objectives;
  • Identify and recommend business process improvements, leveraging technology where applicable;
  • Evaluate product costs, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Reviews of product costs to ensure alignment with pricing strategies and profit margins, emphasizing accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field;

Skills: Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

Experience in Agile methodologies or project management     

techniques is a plus;

At least two years of work experiences in the same field;

Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
