Job description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Prepare new hire documentation and onboarding materials.
  • Support new employees in completing necessary paperwork.
  • Assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

Employee Engagement:

  • Help organize team-building activities and company events.
  • Contribute to employee recognition programs and initiatives.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Learning & Development:

  • Assist in monitoring employee performance and development plans.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BS Psychology .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
