About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Business Administration Instructor to join our team at STI College Tanauan. As a Full Time Business Administration Instructor, you will play a crucial role in educating and inspiring our students, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the dynamic field of business administration. This part-time position offers the flexibility to balance your teaching responsibilities with other commitments, while contributing to the growth and success of our institution located in Tanauan City, Batangas.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lectures on a variety of business administration topics, including but not limited to: business management, finance, marketing, and operations
  • Implementing lesson plans that challenge students and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Evaluating student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their academic development
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into your teaching methodology
  • Collaborating with the academic team to contribute to the overall curriculum development and growth of the Business Administration program
  • Providing academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their personal and professional goals

What we're looking for

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic background
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of teaching experience in a tertiary education setting is an advantage, preferably in business-related subjects
  • Master's degree in an aligned discipline is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply business concepts in practical settings
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in business administration and education
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team and contribute to the overall development of the program
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students reach their full potential
