We are looking for a highly skilled Automation and AI Systems Specialist to lead critical automation projects and AI development for our growing staffing and placement agency. This role involves migrating data, maintaining automations, and developing an AI-powered candidate matching system to optimize our operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Database Migration & Maintenance:

    – Migrate time tracking data and operational databases from Google Sheets to Airtable.

    – Build automated data sync scripts for seamless integration.

    – Ensure smooth functioning of Airtable automations post-migration.

    – Complete migration within 2 weeks for January payroll processing.
  • Automation Management:

    – Manage all automations on

    – Build email workflows for candidate communication.

    – Set up and maintain data sync processes between Google Sheets and Airtable.

    – Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for efficiency.
  • AI Development:

    – Build a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) agent using Supabase vector database.

    – Create a candidate matching system analyzing 60,000+ applicants.

    – Optimize indexing and chunking strategies for CV storage and retrieval.

    – Implement email automation for suggesting positions to candidates.
  • Technical Infrastructure:

    – Deploy and manage N8N on AWS.

    – Use GitHub for version control and incremental changes.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience with – MUST.
  • Strong expertise with Airtable – MUST.
  • Hands-on experience with N8N or similar platforms.
  • RAG agent and vector database experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps Script and full-stack development.
  • Experience with GitHub and version control.
  • Excellent English communication skills – MUST.
  • Available Monday-Friday, 2PM-8PM Manila time – MUST.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LangChain, LangFuse, or LLM frameworks.
  • AWS deployment experience.
  • Background in recruitment or HR tech.
  • Familiarity with semantic search and candidate matching algorithms.
