AI Workflow & Capability Lead (AI Enablement) – Fixed-Term 6–9 Months

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa | Setup: PT/FT (Employee/Contractor/Consultant) | Start: ASAP

The role (why we need you)

MMC (AU engineering/industrial services, ~120 staff) is early in AI adoption. We want someone to rapidly uplift AI capability in our PH team and build repeatable AI workflows that staff can run and extend without ongoing external help.

What you'll do

  • Map current admin/knowledge/reporting workflows and rebuild them with AI + automation
  • Improve knowledge search/reuse (SOPs, templates, historical docs)
  • Support document control + templates + a governed library
  • Build standard reporting workflows + basic tracking (time saved, errors reduced, adoption)
  • Coach/mentor PH + AU staff so capability sticks
  • Help shape a practical short-term AI plan + longer-term roadmap

Not the focus: building deep custom AI models or heavy analytics.

What success looks like (by month 6–9)

PH team can identify + implement AI workflow improvements with minimal external support

Documented playbooks/workflows exist for common tasks (reporting, doc control, knowledge search, simple automations)

  • AI is embedded with owners and basic metrics
  • External consultants become optional, not required

About you

  • Workflow-first, practical builder (not "prompt-only")
  • Strong ChatGPT skills (structured prompts, reusable patterns, playbooks)
  • Can teach + transfer capability; documents what you build
  • High initiative, can run with agreed priorities
  • Clear English communication

What to include in your application

  • 2–4 examples of AI/automation/workflow improvements you delivered (problem → build → outcome)
  • Evidence you enabled others to run it without you
  • Availability (PT/FT), ability to work from Alabang, and rate expectations (monthly/day/hour)
  • We may run a small paid test project and a tight 30-day trial phase with clear deliverables.
