KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What does this position aim to do?

  • Responsible for answering prospective customers through outbound calls with the intention of selling vacation ownership (80%)
  • Attend meetings as required (10%)
  • Ensure compliance with; Quality Assurance, Do Not Call Regulations, MCCO Performance Expectations (5%)
  • Set and review weekly performance goals (5%)

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS What should the position holder be and have?

  • Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Successful completing of on boarding training
  • All associates are responsible for ensuring that they remain up to date on all required courses
  • Participate in coaching sessions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client focus
  • Sales minded professional (hospitality, sales, call center, server, or marketing experience)
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
  • Deliver on the Wyndham promise
  • MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
  • Minimum of 6 months marketing experience, preferably in a production driven environment
