We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Professional, Inside Sales to support our Singapore market. This role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, including quoting, customer engagement, and coordination with resellers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT sales and account management, with the ability to deliver excellent customer experience across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage IT sales operations for the AU market, including reseller engagement and account management
Sell or renew products and services via phone and email, and promote vendor campaigns
Execute end-to-end sales processes: quoting, order processing, email support, and post-sales follow-ups
Prospect new customers, qualify leads, and provide ETA updates
Maintain product and industry knowledge to support customer inquiries and sales efforts
Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications:
With at least 3-4 years experience as an Inside Sales Representative (IT Sales)
Experienced in Account Management (Prospecting, Profiling, and Upselling)
Customer service experience is a must, preferably in a BPO/Tech industry
College graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course; undergraduates are welcome but should have at least 5 years relevant work experience
Excellent English communication skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
Willing to work on dayshift (AU time zone) and onsite for 10 days per month (scheduled for 2 consecutive weeks)
