QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work in Quezon City (near Waltermart Muñoz)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist the Accounting Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department.
  • Maintain financial report records; prepare and analyze budgets and financial statements; perform general bookkeeping.
  • Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met during the monthly and year-end closing of books, and payables are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with accounting set deadlines.
  • Works with Accounting Manager to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
  • Supports Accounting Manager with workflow process improvements.
