  • Adhere to design governance requirements

  • Understand and articulate system landscapes to resolve issues

  • Liaise between technical resources, business resources, and other functions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed

  • Maintain strong public company internal control environment and ensure processes are defined, documented and optimized

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficient in the Customer Service module within Dynamics 365 CRM

  • At least 1 year of Dynamics 365 CRM experience

  • Experience in developing Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven)

  • Hands-on experience with Power Pages

  • Proficient in customizations using JavaScript and Plugins

  • Certifications a plus
