Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the procurement cycle—from sourcing, bidding, and evaluation to award and delivery.

Conduct supplier accreditation and performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.

Handle rice negotiations, contract reviews, and purchase order finalization for key materials (cement, steel, aggregates, form works, equipment, and chemicals).

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounting to align procurement schedules with project timelines.

Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to prevent delays and optimize cost efficiency.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Support strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier reliability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
  • With 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within the construction industry (structural and architectural focus).
  • Hands-on experience in buying and sourcing of: o Structural materials (cement, rebar/steel, formworks, aggregates) o Architectural materials (tiles, glass, paint, finishing materials) o Construction equipment, tools, and specialized chemicals
  • Strong background in supplier accreditation, contract review, and vendor negotiations. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 documentation and compliance practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Mature, analytical, and results-oriented, with a high level of integrity and accountability.
