Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing accounts under the lubricants category, including engine oils and related products. The role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, expanding product distribution, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts handling lubricants and related products
  • Develop new clients such as auto supply stores, workshops, and service centers
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain relationships and increase product presence
  • Present product offerings, promotions, and programs to customers
  • Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure timely collections
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the lubricants segment
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management
  • Experience in lubricants, automotive, or FMCG trade sales is a strong advantage
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork
  • Knowledge of automotive lubricants and basic vehicle applications is a plus
