I. General Purpose

Under the supervision of the Collection Supervisor, the Collection Specialist is responsible for collection of past due and PAR accounts as assigned by the immediate superior.

II. Specific Responsibilities

  1. Prepares itinerary of travel and collection list; submits the same to the immediate superior for collection priority and approval.

  2. Performs area visits to collect loan payments from account holders; issues official receipts (OR) to the borrowers as proof of payment.

  3. Prepares daily abstract of collection with corresponding OR for submission to Teller.

  4. Prepares daily and weekly collection report to immediate superior as basis of collection performance.

  5. Prepares and sends collection letters to delinquent account holders to remind them of their financial obligations; maintains a file of all received copies for future reference.

  6. Prepares accurate documentation of accounts for endorsement to legal actions.

  7. Attends to monthly meetings to update account status and recommends strategy for effective collection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php17,000.00 per month
