Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Loan Applications: Assess loan applications to determine the applicant's creditworthiness by analyzing financial information such as credit reports, income statements, and employment records.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risk factors to make informed decisions on loan approvals or denials.
  • Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Documentation: Collaborate with loan officers to gather necessary documentation and clarify any uncertainties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of loan applications and underwriting decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in loan underwriting regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder, any course.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  • Willing to report for on-site work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP.
