Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Odoo Developer to design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP solutions that align with business requirements. In this role, you will build secure, scalable, and efficient systems by customizing modules, developing new features, integrating with third-party applications, and ensuring long-term stability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that streamline and optimize global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and design robust, scalable Odoo solutions to address their needs.
  • Develop and customize Odoo applications and ERP modules according to business and departmental requirements.
  • Design and implement new features, workflows, reports, and dashboards within Odoo.
  • Enhance the functionality of Odoo platforms by developing and customizing modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Implement and maintain custom Odoo solutions to meet the specific needs of different departments and business processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve functional and technical issues in Odoo applications.
  • Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of Odoo applications.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on new functionalities and features.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, best practices, and industry trends, and apply them to improve solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework, including ORM, QWeb, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
