About the Company

We are a growing manufacturing company in Cebu producing premium sauna heaters, sauna rooms, and wellness solutions for local and international markets. Our operations are expanding, and we are strengthening our internal systems using
Odoo
as our main ERP platform.

To support this, we are looking for a
hands-on Odoo Developer
who can work
on-site in our Cebu factory
and help us customize, improve and support our Odoo environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain
  Odoo modules
  (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Create and modify
  models, views, reports, and workflows
  according to business requirements
• Integrate Odoo with other tools and services (APIs, third-party systems, etc.)
• Optimize performance and ensure stability of existing Odoo applications
• Work closely with
  management, accounting, logistics, sales, and production
  to understand their processes and translate them into Odoo solutions
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, provide technical support to internal users
• Prepare basic
  technical documentation
  for customizations and changes
• Assist in
  Odoo upgrades/migrations
  (e.g. v14 → v16/v17) when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science, IT, Engineering
  or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3+ years of experience
  working with
  Odoo
  (development/customization)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python
  and Odoo framework
• PostgreSQL
  (database queries, basic optimization)
• XML/QWeb for reports and views
• Experience with
  Linux server
  environment (basic administration is a plus)
• Familiar with
  Git
  or other version control tools
• Good understanding of
  business processes
  (inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, accounting or HR is a big advantage)
• Able to work
  on-site full-time
  in our Cebu factory office
• Good communication skills in
  English
  (Tagalog/Bisaya is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with non-technical users

Nice to Have

• Experience with
  Odoo v15/v16/v17
• Previous work in
  manufacturing, trading, or logistics
• Knowledge of
  Docker
  , Nginx, or server deployment
• Experience in
  report building
  (PDF, Excel exports, dashboards)
• Basic understanding of
  accounting flows
  in Odoo
