Now, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer in the Philippines who can collaborate remotely on a long-term contract basis.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable both front-end and back-end programming.

Job Description:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications (front-end & back-end)
  • Collaborate with international team members to deliver high-quality features
  • Review and optimize code for scalability and performance
  • Document technical specifications and workflows
  • Communicate progress and challenges clearly through online tools

Requirements (Mid-Level)

  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Proficiency in )
  • Strong skills in back-end development , Express, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements (Senior-Level)

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
  • Proven track record of leading or mentoring other engineers
  • Strong system design and architecture skills
  • Experience in DevOps / CI/CD pipeline setup (Docker, AWS, etc.)
  • Ability to propose technical solutions and improve existing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with agile development tools (Slack, GitHub)
  • Previous work with international or Japanese clients

Contract Details:

  • Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
  • Location: Remote (Philippines)
  • Working Hours: Flexible, with agreed overlap with JST (Japan Standard Time)
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on skills and experience (to be discussed)
  • Payment: Monthly via bank transfer / ★Payoneer / ★Wise
