Mid to Senior Python React Full Stack Developer – NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Python React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend systems, with a focus on fintech and payment solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently on UI enhancements, backend development, and system integrations, while ensuring security and compliance in line with financial services standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS and backend services with Python/Django.

Implement and optimize APIs, database queries, and application logic.

Independently handle UI improvements based on task cards and design specifications.

Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and financial APIs.

Manage authentication and authorization with AWS Cognito and serverless services like AWS Lambda and Amplify.

Design and maintain relational databases (Postgres) ensuring data security and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Design) to deliver secure and scalable applications.

Ensure applications meet fintech, payment, and security compliance standards.

Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvements of development practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in Python (Django) and ReactJS.

Hands-on experience with Postgres, AWS services (Cognito, Lambda, Amplify).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with payment gateway or financial services integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, local fintech APIs).

Knowledge of security and compliance standards in fintech (e.g., PCI-DSS).

Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end feature development.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

WE VALUE

Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.

Experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Background in CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
