About the Role

Pro Integrate is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Core Developer who will play a key role in building cutting-edge, scalable, and high-performing applications on the Microsoft Azure platform.

You will work across multiple teams, influence architecture decisions, uphold code quality standards, and help deliver enterprise-grade solutions through modern DevOps, TDD, and cloud-native practices.

This is a leadership-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in innovation-driven, agile, fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead development efforts across multiple teams to deliver integrated enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate within small-to-medium agile teams to ensure cohesive, timely delivery.

Full Stack Development & Cloud Engineering

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core and Azure.
  • Implement best practices for TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines.

Architecture & Code Quality

  • Conduct regular code reviews to enforce high-quality, maintainable standards.
  • Optimize code for performance, security, and reliability.

Innovation & R&D

  • Lead research, concept and feasibility studies, and PoC initiatives to explore and validate emerging technologies.

Agile Contribution

  • Deliver rapid, iterative releases aligned with agile development methodologies.

Ownership & Accountability

  • Own your modules from design to deployment, including post-release support.
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.

Communication

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, peers, and leadership with strong written and verbal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5–10 years of professional Full Stack development experience.

Work Setup & Details
