Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Field Work

  • Assist in prospecting and developing new accounts in Laguna and Muntinlupa.
  • Conduct field visits together with senior sales staff during training phase.
  • Support in presenting Diversey product solutions to key customer segments (hospitality, industrial, food service, commercial).
  • Assist in delivering samples, product demos, or basic product training when necessary.

Account Management

  • Support in maintaining relationships with existing customers in the assigned areas.
  • Help gather customer requirements, concerns, and feedback.
  • Aid in ensuring timely submission of POs, delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-ups.

Sales Documentation

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, sales trackers, and visit logs.
  • Coordinate with office, warehouse, and operations for order status, delivery schedules, or concerns.

Learning & Development

  • Complete TurBel's product training modules and on-the-job shadowing.
  • Learn Diversey's key product categories, application standards, and selling strategies.
  • Participate in weekly coaching with senior sales and the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • Preferably based in Laguna (Santa Rosa/Biñan/Cabuyao/San Pedro) or Muntinlupa.
  • Graduate of any Business, Marketing, or related course (open to fresh graduates).
  • With driver's license is a strong advantage.
  • With passion for fieldwork and customer interaction.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel daily within assigned territories.
  • Coachable, enthusiastic, and committed to learning sales.
