Responsibilities:

● Technical Leadership and Architecture:

○ Define and maintain the overall technical architecture of software applications.

○ Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

○ Ensure adherence to best practices for software development, design, and testing.

○ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

○ Drive technical discussions and decisions, fostering a collaborative environment.

○ Create and maintain technical documentation.

● Team Mentorship and Development:

○ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.

○ Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

○ Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

○ Help identify and address skill gaps within the team.

○ Onboard new team members and ensure their successful integration.

● Software Development and Implementation:

○ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

○ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

○ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

○ Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of software applications.

○ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

● Collaboration and Communication:

○ Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.

○ Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

○ Drive in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

○ Work with the project team to plan sprints, and estimate work.

● Research and Innovation:

○ Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

○ Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve software development processes.

○ Conduct proof-of-concepts and prototypes to evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience:

○ 5 years of experience in software development.

○ 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

○ Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions.

○ Experience with web development using (.Net technologies, Java (springboot),, , , ReacJS, FastAPI/RestAPI, MYSQL or MSSQL databases) or any other related and advanced technologies.

○ Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

○ Experience with Agile development methodologies.

● Technical Skills:

○ Expertise in software development principles and best practices.

○ Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

○ Proficiency in (.Net technologies, Java (springboot),, , , ReacJS, FastAPI/RestAPI, MYSQL or MSSQL databases) or any other related and advanced technologies.

○ Proficiency in Oracle, Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus.

○ Experience with database design and management.

○ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

○ Understanding of software security principles.

● Soft Skills:

○ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

○ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

○ Mentoring and coaching skills.
