Established in 2000 in Melbourne, Australia, DAI Post is an Australian-owned company that has been focused on getting parcels safely to you for over 20 years. We specialize in ecommerce, wholesale international inbound parcel delivery in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
As a forward-thinking global logistics company with a strong emphasis on innovation, technology, and operational excellence, we are on the hunt for at Consumer Care Representative with two to three years of experience who is willing to work onsite in our CEBU City IT Park location.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, offering exposure across multiple functions and the opportunity to work with partners in Australia, the United States and United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction. The Consumer Care Representative will act as the primary point of contact of our consignees and ensure their logistics needs are met with excellence.
Here's what you will doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our services, shipping statuses, and delivery timeframes.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse and transportation, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service procedures and suggest enhancements.
- Assist with logistics planning and optimisation to meet customer demands effectively.
Here's what our ideal candidate looks like:
- Bachelor's or College Degree in any field.
- 2 + years of proven working experience in customer service; logistics or supply chain industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
