Responsible for handling ticketing transactions, managing passenger inquiries, and ensuring smooth financial operations at the terminal. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records of passenger payments and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing & Transactions:

  • Process passenger ticket purchases, cancellations, and rebookings accurately.

  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments in compliance with company policies.
  • Issue official receipts and maintain daily transaction logs.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawers.

  • Ensure all passenger records and manifests are updated and submitted on time.

  • Customer Service:

  • Assist passengers with inquiries regarding schedules, fares, and travel requirements.

  • Provide courteous and efficient service at all times, especially during peak hours.

  • Compliance & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with boarding staff and vessel crew to ensure passenger flow and documentation are in order.

  • Adhere to safety, security, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of financial transactions and cargo operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and cash-handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
