What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations through feedback and process optimisation
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation to support our customer service efforts
