What You'll Do:

Level 1 SOC Analyst:

  • Monitor security alerts and events using advanced analytics tools.
  • Perform initial incident qualification and escalate critical issues to Level 2 SOC Analysts.
  • Acknowledge, analyze, and validate incidents from various sources, including SIEM alerts.
  • Ensure timely response to security incidents within 60 minutes.
  • Understand and interpret logs from various sources such as firewalls, IDS, Windows DC, network appliances, and AV/antimalware software.
  • Adapt to shift work for continuous monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in NOC/SOC operations or relevant IT experience (high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of networking and endpoint security tools like SentinelOne.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop access, communication tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook), and language translation tools like DeepL.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with endpoint protection solutions like SentinelOne.
  • Familiarity with incident response roles and security operations.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages like Python.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication.
