The Opportunity at a Glance
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join a growing healthcare organisation in the NDIS sector. This is a full-time, hybrid (once a month onsite) role for Philippine-based candidates employed under a proper PH setup.
To be considered, you'll need previous experience in healthcare and, ideally, exposure to NDIS processes . The role also requires you to be an effective communicator, highly efficient, and well-organised in managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional service to clients and their families.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and voicemail, ensuring quick turnaround times
- Coordinate initial service agreements, appointments, and onboarding documentation for new clients
- Perform risk assessments during initial bookings and ensure appropriate allocation of clinicians based on caseloads and complexity
- Support workflow management, including waitlists, handovers, and ramp-up schedules for new starters
- Maintain high accuracy in diary and database management, ensuring seamless clinician availability forecasting
- Promote a high standard of care and communication aligned with the organisation's values
- Assist with reporting, auditing, and administrative support to ensure compliance and efficiency

- Have previous experience in healthcare administration (non-negotiable)
- Bring exposure to NDIS processes, frameworks, or participants (highly desirable)
- Are an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Are efficient and organised , with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Have high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service
- Are approachable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with clients and teams
What Sets You Apart – You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Prior experience in intake, client onboarding, or patient services within a healthcare or NDIS-focused setting
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, CRMs, or healthcare databases
- A tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field
- A passion for making a meaningful impact in the disability and healthcare sector
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday
- Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
- Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
