  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistance, Finance or similar role
  • Background or experience in Finance is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
