Job description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive in executing and optimizing marketing strategies across the Philippines. This role plays a key part in strengthening our brand, expanding market presence, and supporting sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager and Executive in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibits, and other promotional activities.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to enhance brand visibility and ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed.
  • Coordinate the timely and efficient distribution of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to assess brand positioning and awareness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Track competitor activities and report key findings.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course, major in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Creative and able to generate new ideas to improve marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
