Content Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer & SEO Specialist (Contractor) to support our digital marketing efforts within the employer services sector. This remote role is ideal for a creative and analytical writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for SEO, digital content, and B2B HR solutions. You will work with stakeholders to research topics, develop SEO strategies, and create thought leadership content that positions our brand as an industry authority.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Research & Strategy:

• Conduct keyword research to prioritize content opportunities.
• Apply SEO best practices to new and existing content, including blogs and landing pages.
• Track performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Content Writing & Management:

• Create engaging, educational blog posts and website content focused on employer services (e.g., WOTC, ACA Reporting, I-9, Payroll Tax, Verification Fulfillment).
• Draft, edit, and refine content for clarity, accuracy, and performance.
• Use AI content tools to support faster production, with oversight and final human review.

Collaboration & Optimization:

• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize copy to match Experian's brand voice and tone.
• Contribute to content audits and planning of content calendars.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content writer or SEO specialist in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with AI writing platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO).
• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, or compliance topics is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a contractor role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience writing for employer services, HR tech, or tax compliance audiences.
• Knowledge of Experian Employer Services products such as WOTC, ACA, and I-9 Management.
• Strong portfolio of SEO-optimized, educational blog or website content.

Home Office Requirements:

Workspace:

• A dedicated, well-ventilated workspace free from distracting noises is essential.
• The environment should be professional, quiet, and suitable for video conferencing, with a plain wall as a background.
• Invest in a sturdy, comfortable office chair to support extended work periods.

Computer and Peripherals:

• A reliable computer with at least a 3 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, sound card, and dual monitors inches) is required.
• Recommended but not mandatory: Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) for better performance.
• High-definition webcams (such as Logitech or A4 Tech) must be functional for video calls.
• Contractors must purchase noise-canceling headsets (preferably Plantronics Black wire C320M); consult recruiters for options prior to starting.

Internet & Software:

• A stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is required; a backup connection is recommended for interruptions.
• Use the latest operating system version.
• Necessary software includes Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Reader, antivirus, anti-spyware, and a functioning firewall.

Additional:

• Dual monitors are a must to facilitate collaboration and workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
