Role Overview

We're looking for a video-first creative powerhouse who can lead video production and editing for both IV20 Spirits (premium terp vodka and cannabis beverage brand) and SM Services (consulting and digital solutions). This role is video-heavy — producing eye-catching short-form content, branded storytelling, and polished edits to fuel growth across platforms — with light social media, design, and GoHighLevel (GHL) support.

ResponsibilitiesVideo Creation & Editing

  • Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) optimized for engagement and virality.
  • Edit raw footage into high-quality clips for campaigns, events, and storytelling.
  • Repurpose longer-form video assets into snackable clips tailored to each platform.
  • Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, and brand-aligned effects.
  • Collaborate with the team on concepting, scripting, and storyboarding when needed.

Social Media (Support)

  • Adapt video assets into platform-ready posts, reels, and stories.
  • Maintain content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Support influencer collaborations and trend-driven campaigns with video integration.
  • Assist with paid ad creative (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Graphics & Design (Light)

  • Create on-brand graphics and thumbnails to complement video content.
  • Design promotional visuals for events, trade shows, and decks.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across both consumer-facing and B2B assets.

GoHighLevel (Light Use)

  • Support simple email/SMS campaigns linked to social content.
  • Keep contact lists and workflows updated.
  • Pull reports to measure campaign effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track video performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, engagement).
  • Report on overall social growth and campaign success.
  • Use insights to continuously refine editing and creative approach.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience (short-form, social-first).
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform algorithms.
  • Experience creating viral or trend-driven video content.
  • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Suite for light design needs.
  • Basic knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) for campaign support.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for pacing, transitions, and audience engagement.

Success Metrics

  • IV20 Spirits: Viral short-form videos, stronger community engagement, influencer amplification.
  • SM Services: LinkedIn growth through professional video content and thought-leadership clips.
  • Overall: High-volume, high-quality video output with measurable growth in reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
