Job Description:

The Project-Based Recruiter will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts for a specific project or defined hiring period. This role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates based on project needs and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely and successful placements. The recruiter will manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records. The role may also include assisting with job postings, initial HR assessments, and providing regular updates on hiring progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for project-based positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and project timelines.
  • Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Prepare and submit shortlists of qualified applicants to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews, exams, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to project leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably 1–3 years in a high-volume, or fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict project timelines.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on a project-based contract with possible extension depending on performance and project needs.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
